1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you're not satisfied with our service, we want to make it right. Our goal is to provide professional, reliable pump services that meet your needs the first time.

2. Service Guarantees

Workmanship Guarantee

We guarantee our workmanship for 90 days from the service date. If the same issue recurs due to our work, we'll return and fix it at no additional charge.

Parts Warranty

All parts we install are covered by the manufacturer's warranty (typically 1 year). We'll help you process any warranty claims.

Emergency Service Guarantee

For emergency services, we promise rapid response and professional service. If we're unable to resolve your emergency, we'll work with you to find a solution.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service work. We accept:

  • Cash
  • Check
  • Credit/Debit Cards
  • Electronic Bank Transfer

4. Service Fees

The following fees may apply:

  • Diagnostic Fee: $350 (applied toward repair costs if work is approved)
  • Service Call Fee: Variable based on location and time (quoted before dispatch)
  • After-Hours Surcharge: 1.5x regular rates for nights and weekends

5. Cancellation Policy

For scheduled appointments, we ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a nominal administrative fee to cover scheduling costs.

6. Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns about our service or billing, we encourage you to contact us directly. We strive to resolve all concerns professionally and fairly. We believe in open communication and will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution.
