BUILT ON
EXPERIENCE
Tracing our roots in Jerome, ID, and looking toward the future of water solutions.
THE ORIGINS
It started back in 2012. Not in a fancy office, but out in the field, under the Idaho sun, fixing what others had given up on. Mccord Well Service wasn't born from a boardroom plan—it was forged by necessity. When your well goes dry in the middle of harvest season, you need someone who actually knows what they are doing, not just a sales pitch.
We saw too many farmers and homeowners getting hit with ridiculous quotes or waiting weeks for a simple repair. So we decided to build something different. A service that actually shows up, fixes the problem, and doesn't disappear when the invoice is paid.
OUR MISSION
"Keep it simple. Fix it right the first time. Respect the customer's time and wallet."
We aren't interested in upselling you services you don't need. If your pump needs a $50 seal, we'll tell you. If it needs a full replacement, we'll explain exactly why. Honest advice—that's the foundation of everything we do.
Fast Response
We know water is essential. That's why we prioritize same-day diagnostics for most calls.
Honest Work
Upfront pricing. No hidden fees. We explain the problem before we touch a tool.
Local Roots
Based right here in Jerome. We know the local geology and water tables like the back of our hand.
THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE PUMPS
The faces you'll meet aren't salespeople. They're technicians who have been in the trenches.
Alejandro Riley
Owner & Lead Technician
Alejandro bought the business in 2018 with a simple goal: restore the old-school customer service values that were getting lost in the industry. He handles everything from emergency calls to system design.
David McCord
Senior Technician
David has been working on wells since before Alejandro was in high school. His knowledge of older systems and vintage equipment is unmatched in the region. He's the go-to guy for complex diagnostics.
